I understand that for an adoption to occur, a property inspection may be conducted and the adoption fee paid in full. Angel-Paws Inc. may also seek additional information such as but not limited to valid photo identification, proof of home ownership/landlord permission or photos of the property.

I understand that the completion of this form in no way guarantees me the right to adopt the animal/s I am interested in. I am aware that Angel-Paws Inc. does not hold or reserve animals and adoptions are allocated based on suitability and timing of applications.

I understand that all future financial costs associated forthwith for the animal/s I adopt will be my responsibility (e.g. vaccinations, food, medical bills) except for the desexing appointment (if required) organised by Angel-Paws Inc. at a mutually agreed time between myself and the vet surgery nominated by Angel-Paws Inc. performing the desexing procedure.

Angel-Paws inc. has provided me with known medical history or concerns of the animal that they are aware of at the time of adoption. Angel-Paws Inc. recommends that within 7 days of adopting your new pet I should take it to my vet for a full health check and examination at my expense.

I agree that Angel-Paws Inc. will legally remain a co-owner of the animal/s I adopt until proof of desexing (if required) is provided. Your adoption fee includes desexing. This may have already been done or will be once the animal is old enough. A coordinator will contact you when your pet is between 4 to 6 months of age to arrange desexing if required. Angel-Paws Inc. reserves the right to reclaim the animal/s if it is not desexed when required to be or there is suspicion of falsified proof of desexing.

I understand that the breed of the animal I adopt is based on information determined by Angel-Paws Inc. and cannot always be guaranteed as the breed advertised.

I agree to comply with all of the local council Animal Management laws applicable to my place of residence.
